1. Tyroo: After Google Adsense I tried this ad network. I must add Tyroo is really a good alternative or add one to Google AdSense (you can use either way).
I used it with Google Adsense and it worked really well, helping me earn few thousand rupees. Best part about Tyroo is: it shows only quality adsof advertisers like Microsoft, ezeego etc.
It is a pay per click program and you have option to show either show text ad or banner ad. In text ad customization option is not available, it only show blue colored text ads on white background.
With Yahoo picking up stake in Tyroo, its importance has grown further. On an average you may get anywhere between Rs5 to Rs8 per click (this is personal experience and not official line!)
2. Axill India: Axill has now India Specific option/site/channel, whatever you want to say. I was equally pleased with the performance of Axill Ads.
Axill, offer both Impression based CPM and action/lead based ads to its publishers. If you have a site with good number of pageviews then you should go for CPM option.
You can get about Rs15 for 1000 ad impressions. Also, the lead/sale based options are really attractive with some nice payout on offer.
Axill offer different ad unit formats including the standard 468 and 728 banners. I liked the small square ad options for Lead/sales based ads.
Overall it is a nice option, you must give this a try!
3. Nautanki.TV: Well, this is really a different kind of publisher option. You only have option to show video ads.
It is really interesting option, provided your site has space to show a 350px ad block. You can select from our six channels - Mirch Masala, Angoor, Chakachak, Phillumwalahs, Republic and Soul Curry or choose from your favourite individual videos episodes.
Nautanki.tv video feed system will serve not just the episode / channel but will also serve the relevant video ad to your viewers at no cost. With nautanki.tv video feed system you earn more ad revenue with minimal effort and no additional cost.
I recently started using it, certainly wasnt disappointed. Way to go!

Listen FM Radio in google talk
I have been enjoying Hindi FM channel using my Google Talk. Even you can enjoy listening to number of FM station within your Google Talk software.
Procedure is damn easy. This is done using Gtalk2Voip, it is a free and publicly open voice gateway for major Instant Messenger clients.
Here are the steps to listen to any channel listed below:
Sign in your Google Talk application.
Add this ID in your Google Talk service@gtalk2voip.com
Now add another ID with radio station ID 110@radio.gtalk2voip.com Here 110 is ID for hindi FM station Teen Taal.
Now make call to 110@radio.gtalk2voip.com, once connected enjoy hindi songs are random. Quality is just ok, but very useful when you have no other means to listen to some hardcore hindi stuff.
In case music stops, disconnect and try connecting again. Also, if 110 ID is offline, try to connect at some other time when it is online.

increase internet explorer 7 connection limit
This is a simple method on how to easily increase your Internet Explorer 7’s connection limit from 2 to 16 which increases the speed at which many of your web pages load.
When you connect to a website your computer establishes connections with the web server(s). Once the connection has received what it asked for, it is disconnected and used for something else.
By default IE7 is set to only be able to open 2 or 4 connections at a time. If you have broadband and you use tabs in IE7 or you visit sites that use lots of connections this tweak will increase the speed of IE7 by a pretty considerable amount.
You might be wondering “Why don’t they just set IE7 to use 16 connections by default instead of 2?”
If everyone who uses IE would use 16 connections it would slow down the internet. The low number of connections set by default is like a throttle being held back so the internet doesn’t slow down and to keep web servers from getting bogged down from many connections by only a few users.
How to Increase your Connections To 16 ?
Open notepad and paste the code below(in red) in it.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]
“MaxConnectionsPerServer”=dword:00000010
“MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server”=dword:0000010
Save the file by clicking save as, change Save as type to All Files.
Name the file something like ms.reg
Don’t forget to add .reg to the file to make it a registry key.
PS: This regkey works on all Internet Explorer's IE5+ and on all versions of Windows.

Detect Invisble yahoo chat users
